The Republic of Angola is located in the Atlantic coast of the southwestern Africa. The capital of this country is the Luanda that is one of main ports in the north coast with the Lobito and Namibe. This country is rich in underground resources such as oil, diamond, and iron ore. Also, a territory is fertile. Especially, the Republic of Angola produces a lot of oil next to the Federal Republic of Nigeria in Africa. There are a lot of tribes live in Angola such as the Ovimbundu and Kimbudu, so they form various cultures. Particularly, The mask of the Chokwe tribe that lives in north side of country is well-known in Africa. Their mask affect neighborhood countries like the Zambia in mask culture. The sculpture of the Chokwe that is known as the Thinker is a representative craftwork of the Angola. Many people love it because it inspires people who see. The shape of this thinker is sitting down with both legs bent and put both hands on head. It is the guardian of the Chokwe and symbolizes the wisdom and knowledge.
