Congo (Democratic Republic of the Congo), in west-central Africa, is the third largest country in Africa. There are only two seasons of dry season and rainy season. Farming and mining are the nation’s major industries. Coffee, the national representative agricultural produce, accounts for a significant portion of the total export volume. And Congo‘s diamond used for industrial purpose takes up most of world-wide production output. Their main staple food is Bukari made with corn and cassava power mixed. They enjoy this food along with vegetable or meat. Congo’s very popular traditional music has a unique feature for its introduction of other countries’ musical instruments. And there are many UNESCO designated World Cultural Heritage sites in Congo including Virunga National Park (1979), Garamba National Park (1980) Kahuzi-Biega National Park (1980) and Salonga National Park (1984) as well as Okapi Wildlife Reserve (1996).
