The Lesotho is located like an island in the middle east of the South Africa territory. The country name, Lesotho means “the nation that people speak the language of the Sesotho”. The 80 % of the Lesotho territory is an alpine region located in 1,800m (5,900ft) above the ground. Because of this, there is snow between May and September in dessert and low valley. Also, in high region, snow falls throughout the year. Most of the population is the Basotho tribe. The Basotho is divided into the biggest tribe Kwena, Natal Nguni, and Batloung. The official languages are English and Sesotho, but they also use Zulu, Xhosa, Afrikaans, and French.
