The Republic of Uganda is a landlocked country in East Africa. Under the nation’s Constitution, English is the official language along with the second one of Swahili. Most of its people are engaged in agriculture, raising major export items like coffee, cotton, tobacco, tea and beans. Bistu is the nation’s traditional clothes worn for special occasions. Many east African talented students study in Makere University, which is famous for its excellent study results, located in the capital city of Kampala. There are two World Natural Heritage sites designated by UNESCO including Rwenzori Mountains National Park (1994) and Bwindi Impenetrable National Park (1994). Bwindi National Park provides visitors with convenient facilities and a tour course for observing Mountain gorillas. Meanwhile, Tombs of Buganda Kings at Kasubi was also designated by UNESCO as World Cultural Heritage site in 2001. It is one of magnificent architecture in Mid Africa.
