Zambia is a landlocked country in south-central Africa. Its official religion is Christianity and most Zambians are Christians. Zambia has a mild tropical climate with three seasons of cool dry season from May to August, hot dry season from September to November and warm wet season from December to April. Most Zambians engage in agriculture, farming sunflowers, corn peanuts, sweet potatoes and cotton. Zambians raise livestock like goats, chickens, and dogs as well as cows, which are used for farming or drawing carts. Nshima (Nsima) is corn flour mush or porridge of Southern Africa. It is usually enjoyed along with vegetables or meat. Victoria Falls between Zambia and Zimbabwe is the highest and widest falls in the world. As one of the main tourism destinations in the African Continent, its nearby area is well equipped with safaris or accommodation facilities, attracting many visitors each year.
