The official name of Mexico is the United Mexican States. Mexico is the 12th largest country in the world. For a long time, Indio, the natives of Mexico, developed ancient civilizations such as Toltec, Maya, and Aztec. Mexico still has many remains which reveal Indio’s outstanding knowledge in architecture and astronomy. Some the famous remains include Teotihuacan where the Pyramid of Sun and Moon stands, Chichenicha where the El Castillo Pyramid of Yucatan Peninsula stands, and Uxmal where the Pyramid of Wizard stands. The entire Mexico City, the capital of Mexico, was also registered as UNESCO’s World Heritage. In the capital, there is a famous national anthropology museum. The Mexican culture is represented by sombrero with a large visor, poncho and mariachi, a small band playing traditional music with instruments such as guitars, violins, trumpets, etc. The principle food of Mexicans is corn. One of the famous Mexican foods loved around the world is Taco, which is made by stuffing vegetable and meat in a thin corn pancake called tortilla. The traditional liquor, Tequila, is also very famous.
